Sotong the Great
This is a dedication to Francis Tong Chee Beng, alumnus and GP tutor and Discipline Master of Temasek Junior College.
More fondly known as F Tong; or Sotong.
Sotong looks upon all TJCians as his children, always going around with the 'Discipline is the best policy' mindset and hoping that his children will all learn from him well - to become disciplined, matured and refined individuals.
This can be seen from his painstaking efforts to organise know-when-to-keep-your-mouth-shut lectures during morning assembly and contact time. Of course, not forgetting that he would rather spend his time having a heart-to-heart chat with us than doing his own stuff, and also simply making us write on two sheets of paper to ensure that we truly are remorseful from our mistakes.
Where else can we get such a doting father?
